What is a telephone consultation?
A complimentary 20 minute telephone consultation is provided. During this time, you may want to ask questions pertaining to a clinician's experience, schedule/flexibility, get a feel of the clinician's personality or any other concerns. It is also a chance for me to get a snapshot of your focus in treatment, and if I am not able to provide the support you are looking for, I would be glad to help with potential referrals.
Fees and Cancellation Policy
All sessions are on a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
I provide individual psychotherapy sessions which are 45-50 minutes in duration and my rate is $225/session. Sessions are weekly or every other week (depending on the treatment goals or plan). Payment is accepted at the beginning of session through cash/check/credit.
As things come up in life, you can contact me to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and to reschedule. This would allow me to offer the time for other clients who may need support. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours, the full fee will be charged.

Good Faith Estimate (Client can request)
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
- This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
Do you accept insurance?
I am considered an Out-of-Network provider. I provide clients with a statement (Superbill) to apply for reimbursement with their insurance. Please reach out to your insurance to discuss reimbursements for "out of network" providers, which may include reimbursement of only a portion of your fee. Be sure to ask about deductibles with your specific plan.
What can I expect for the first meeting?
The focus of the first meeting will be to gather information regarding your concerns, the reasons and focus for therapy along with potential goals. We may discuss what the next steps or recommendations may be for our work together.
